    A: You are not required to make your property available to section 8.
  • Q: Are you licensed?

    A: By law, our staff must be licensed real estate agents to manage property for a fee.
  • Q: Can I reach you after hours?

    A: We can be reached after hours using the after hours number.
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Proceeds are directed to the account you designate for deposit.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: Yes, all documents will be visible on the owners portal. As your designated agent 360 PM Pro will sign the lease for you
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: As licensed agents, 360 PM Pro is able to represent clients in the selling or buying of real estate.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Proceeds are electronically transferred to your designated account. Funds are deposited after tenants payments have cleared within 2 business days.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: Rent collection is conducted primarily through electronic payments or as certified funds.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: Leases are offered based upon the qualifications of the tenant and the owners desires. Our standard lease is 12 months; however, we can process other types of leases.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: The security deposit is typically equal to one month’s rent. The is collected after the prospective tenant is qualified and has signed a lease.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: We begin managing your property after you sign a property management agreement. This is after we view the property and ensure we are able to provide the services that you are seeking.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: We manage residential, multi-family and commercial spaces.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: There are two types of reports you will receive. The first type of report is the standard proceeds report. This will notify you of payments processing for deposit. You will also receive annual reports at the beginning of the year for tax purposes such as the 1099 form. Other reports are available on the owner portal and can be run as needed to show payment history, rent roll, leases and maintenance requests.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: By law, 360 PM Pro is required to hold all deposits in a certified trust account.
